We are delighted to have you stay with us in Santiago. We have a hostel waiting for you. However, we also value clarity, so here is our booking and cancellation policy.

Booking Policy

The Reception is available from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Check-in can be done from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The established check-out time for the rooms is until 10:30 AM on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Accommodation will be assigned by the management of the facility on a free distribution basis. The possibility of a specific use and occupancy (individual, shared, or group) can be discussed at the time of booking.

A valid photo ID or passport must be presented at check-in. Non-European Union citizens must present a passport.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges cover the expenses and damages incurred due to the non-occupancy of the reserved and canceled beds/rooms prior to the expected arrival date. These charges will not apply if you cancel 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, the cancellation costs are 100% of the first night’s stay.

The provided credit card will be held as a guarantee and will be used to cover any misuse and/or damage to the hostel facilities.
