Hostel Policies
We’re delighted that you’re staying with us in Santiago. We have a hostel waiting for you. But we also like to be transparent, so here’s our reservation and cancellation policy.
Reservation Policy
The front desk is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-in is available from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The check-out time for guest rooms is 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless other times are agreed upon.
Accommodations will be assigned at the discretion of the facility’s management. You may inquire about specific occupancy options (single, shared, or group) at the time of booking.
To check in, you must present a photo ID or passport. Citizens from outside the European Union must present a passport only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees: These cover the costs and losses incurred due to the non-occupancy of reserved rooms that are canceled prior to the scheduled arrival date. These fees will not apply to you if you cancel 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, the cancellation fee is 100% of the first night’s stay.
The credit card provided will serve as a security deposit to cover any misuse and/or damage to the hostel’s facilities.
